About the Role

As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents. You will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the delivery of care, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in the delivery of care and services to residents
  • Ensure that care plans are up-to-date and reflect the changing needs of residents
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to ensure that they are providing high-quality care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures
  • Ensure that the home is run in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements
  • Experience of working in a care home or similar setting
  • Qualifications in care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts
