About HC-One

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

This is a 22-hour supernumerary role, with 22 hours spent on the floor. You will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the delivery of care services, as well as contributing to the development of our care teams.
