Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of care staff to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that each resident receives personalized and tailored support.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the care home, including managing budgets, resources, and staff rotas.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
