Welcome to the role of Facilities and Administration Specialist This exciting opportunity is located in our Bonnybridge head office in Scotland and involves managing Health, Safety, Facilities, and Office Administration matters.
About Our ServicesOur client specialises in providing professional traffic management services, ensuring safe working zones for various clients across industries such as Highways, Local Authorities, Utilities, Rail, and Events.
Key responsibilities include managing Health & Safety incident reporting, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal regulations, and implementing effective processes and standards to optimise productivity. Additionally, you will oversee office operations, maintain organisational effectiveness, and efficiency, and coordinate with various teams to ensure project success.
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with exposure to Health & Safety, strong organisational and leadership skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software is also required. This is a site-based role, 5 days in the office, Monday to Friday, 8-5 pm, with a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 per annum and a supportive and professional work environment.
