Calibre Search Ltd is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join their team in the Falkirk, Livingston, and Stirling areas. As a multi-site role, this position offers building maintenance services across various disciplines, focusing on keeping services and costs in-house.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in commercial premises, particularly the retail sector, which would be a significant advantage. The work involves a mix of preventative and reactive building works, including:

  • Building
    • Roofing: repairing roof leaks and quarterly gutter and gully clearance
    • Brickwork: repairing walls
    • Flooring: repairing vinyl and ceramic tiles
    • Car Park/Yard Works
    • Roller Shutters: annual PPM and reactive repairs
  • Painting and Decorating
    • Maintenance Painting: carrying out minor painting repairs
  • Plumbing and Drainage
    • Drain Clearance: unblocking drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks
