Job Summary:

A talented and experienced Handyman/General Maintenance Role is required to join our client's team. As a Building Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service across multiple sites in the Falkirk, Livingston, and Stirling areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to work on a variety of building maintenance tasks, including repairs to roofs, walls, floors, car parks, and more. You will have experience working in commercial premises, particularly in the retail sector, which would be advantageous.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine and reactive building maintenance tasks across multiple sites
  2. Carry out repairs to roofs, walls, floors, car parks, and other building components
  3. Clear gutters and gullies quarterly
  4. Annual PPM and reactive repairs to roller shutters
  5. Minor painting and decorating works
  6. Basic plumbing and drainage repairs

About the Role:

  • Estimated salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum
  • 37-40 hour week with paid travel time
  • Overtime opportunities available

Requirements:

Applicants should have a strong background in building maintenance, ideally with experience working in commercial premises. A full driving license and ability to lift heavy objects are also essential.
