We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Eden Scott. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the renewable energy sector, coordinating site operations and maintenance for 6 sites in Scotland.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing site work schedules, maintaining good health and safety practice, and monitoring production and operations. They will also manage regular maintenance works, habitat management, and environmental mitigation works, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage site work schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Maintain good health and safety practice on-site, conducting regular audits and inspections.
  • Monitor production and operations, expediting plant start-ups and minimizing downtime.
  • Manage regular maintenance works, habitat management, and environmental mitigation works.
  • Ensure building/site security and safety systems are maintained.
  • Maintain project inspection records and maintenance logs.
  • Manage and undertake minor maintenance works, including cleaning hydro intakes and replacing building water supply filters.
Requirements
  • Experience in operations and maintenance of power plants, electrical equipment, or renewable energy sites.
  • Formal training in health and safety and implementation on operational sites.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Experience in producing inspection reports and photographic records.
  • Proficient use of Windows-based IT systems and basic office software.
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Full UK driving license.
