We are a long established family plumbing and heating company based in Falkirk.

We are currently looking for an experienced part-time Administrator to work in our small but busy office.

Hours - 16+ hours per week working between Monday - Friday (9.00am - 3.00pm) _additional hours may be required to cover sickness and holidays. Hours are negotiable and will be discussed at interview._

Duties would include dealing with customer calls and enquiries, typing quotes and invoices (high level of accuracy is required), booking appointments and diary management via our Commusoft system.

Previous experience in a plumbing/heating/bathroom background would be an advantage but not essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
