About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Change Grow Live as an Administrative Support Officer. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for service users, outside agencies, and CGL staff, providing organisational, administrative, and clerical services to support the team's aims and objectives.

You will ensure that telephone calls and visits are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to relevant personnel when necessary. You will also complete effective processing of correspondence/data entry, minute taking at partnership and clinical meetings, collating, monitoring, and reporting data/information and statistics as required.

Your skills and experience in providing administrative support in a service-based organisation are essential. You should have IT literacy, including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets, and other MS applications. Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team are also required.

Able to take responsibility for your own personal development, identifying personal training needs and participating in regular supervision and appraisal. Be flexible to work across operational sites as and when required.

Estimated salary: £23,500 - £27,500 per annum depending on location and experience.
