About the Role

We are seeking an IFA Administrator to join our team at JohnstonGreer. As an IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to Financial Planners, helping them to deliver exceptional results for their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Financial Planners in their daily tasks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Assist with new business development initiatives
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in an IFA or similar environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure

Salary & Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately £26,000 plus benefits, bonus, and exam support.
