Care Support Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support worker at HC-One. This rewarding role involves providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting independence and enhancing their overall quality of life.

As a Care Support worker, you will work closely with our experienced staff to deliver person-centered care, supporting residents with daily living tasks, medication management, and other aspects of their care. A driving license is advantageous but not essential.

The estimated salary for this position is £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication management, ensuring accurate administration and documentation
  • Monitor and report any changes or concerns regarding residents' health and wellbeing
