Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication with clients. This role requires strong computer skills, excellent time management, and exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Manage and update customer information in the company's software system
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Process sales orders and invoices using computerized systems
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Perform general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent computer literacy, including experience with CRM software (e.g., Sage)
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
