**Vehicle Stock Management**: Order, update, check, and record all vehicle stock details to ensure accurate inventory management.

**Prompt Taxation Processing**: Complete taxation of sold vehicles promptly to support smooth customer delivery handovers.

**Maintain High-Quality Work**: Uphold a consistent standard of high-quality work in all administrative tasks.

**Professional Communication**: Communicate in a confidential, professional, and appropriate manner with team members and external stakeholders.

**Continuous Development**: Actively participate in the continuous development of personal skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

**Adhoc Administration**: Complete general adhoc administration duties as and when required to contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.

**What we are looking for**:

- Prior experience in an administrative role is essential
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.
- Previous experience with Kerridge software is advantageous, but not essential (full on site training provided)
