**Your dream role**:

- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for manufacturing, fitting, and rectifying component, or sub-component for vehicle assembly
- Use and select appropriate tools, equipment, and materials as required for work tasks, to quality, and of course safely
- Using your core technical skills and experience, you will use the right tools, materials, and methods to complete tasks on time, to quality and of course safety
- Communicate any discrepancies or changes to works completed from engineering drawings to your supervisor and engineering teams
- Ensure your work area is maintained in a safe and tidy manner, in line with 5s methodology, and ensure that calibration of tooling is up to date and any issues responded to
- Responsible for updating Build Record Cards for each vehicle that you have worked on, taking accountability for completion of activity and quality of workmanship
- Support with other activities as required.

**What you will bring**:

- You will be a time-served commercial Paint Sprayer
- You will be comfortable reading and working from technical drawings, schematics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work as part of a team or individually
- Attention to detail is essential and you should be comfortable with basic administrative tasks, documenting and updating build record cards on works completed
- This is a hands-on role which involves a lot of physical activities, which means that it is essential that you are comfortable with (not limited to): heavy manual labour, including lifting or carrying of heavy materials or operating heavy machinery; crouching, kneeling, bending, and twisting; working at heights and in confined or awkward spaces
- Previous experience of spray painting and the safe use of hazardous materials
- You will be comfortable and enjoy doing this in a deadline driven, busy, environment.
