Alltruck Commercial has been supporting its customers for over a decade, providing a wide range of services for commercial vehicle customers throughout Scotland. We are now a Mercedes-Benz and FUSO Trucks-approved after-sales repairer.
If you join Alltruck Commercials as a Service Administrator, you will find you are working with a team that provides the highest standards in customer care. We focus on delivering excellence for our truck customers. This role is critical within the Service Department, supporting the Service Advisors and Service Manager to ensure customers receive the best service through efficient, timely and accurate administration processes.
**Service Administrator**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Negotiable dependant on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday and Weekend availability
**This Role**
Responsible for collating and processing estimates and technicians job cards to invoice and all associated paperwork completed within the company and adhering to Mercedes-Benz Truck UK procedures.
Preparation and submission of compliance documents ensuring the documentation is accurate and compliant with Alltruck & MB Truck UK procedures.
Supporting the service department operation with the management of the WIP. Ensure all part returns are stored and available for return on request from the manufacturer.
**About You**
You think and act with the customer in mind. You professionally implement all Alltruck and Mercedes-Benz processes and procedures to provide the best experience for your customers.
Proven track record in service administration
Organised: you have excellent time management skills and work in a well-organised and structured way to prioritise tasks.
Resilient: you are a consistent performer who can work under pressure. You deliver consistent performance in a fast-paced environment.
Team player: you work well in a team and ensure frequent communication and engagement with others.
**Experience**
Experience in customer contact and customer support.
Experience in an automotive service operation or in a comparable role within the service sector.
Basic technical knowledge and an understanding of service and parts.
Basic computer skills as well as general business knowledge.
Full training will be provided.
