Care Support Assistant wanted to work with individuals with Autism to enable them to live independently and make informed decisions about their daily lives. This role involves providing support with personal care, household tasks and assisting with structured activities and training.

Responsibilities:
  • Enabling individuals to make informed decisions about their daily lives.
  • Providing support with personal care and household tasks.
  • Assisting with structured activities and training to develop confidence and skills.
  • Supporting individuals to meet their responsibilities, such as paying bills and maintaining relationships.

Salary Range: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum

This role requires a valid driver's license, basic computer skills and organizational and creative skills. We offer a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, flexible shift patterns and a pension scheme.
