Support Worker

You will be working in an environment that is centred around giving children with special needs the highest level of support and ongoing development possible. This is a full-time permanent position, working a fixed 3 days on and 3 days off rota, providing an average of 4 days off a week.
As a Support Worker, you will assist children with special needs to become more independent. The children can have a range of special needs from Autism. You will be helping them with all aspects of their lives, from getting ready in the morning to playing stimulating games on and off the grounds.
The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 per annum, based on industry standards for similar positions in the Burton area. However, please note that salaries may vary depending on individual circumstances.
