Autism Care Assistant

The successful candidate will be required to:
- Encourage autonomy and self-determination among our clients, promoting choice and decision-making in daily life.
- Enable our clients to access structured activities and training opportunities that foster personal growth and skill development.
- Assist clients in managing their daily responsibilities, including household tasks, finances, and relationships.
- Facilitate involvement in company-related activities, such as training, recruitment, and house meetings.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and information retrieval.
- Basic driving skills and access to a vehicle.
- Creativity and organizational abilities.
- A valid driving license.
This position is competitively remunerated, reflecting the demands and rewards of supporting adults with autism. The estimated salary range is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
