About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our customers in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Support customers with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet.
  • Provide assistance with nutrition and hydration needs, such as preparing meals and ensuring customers have access to drinks.
  • Administer medication safely and in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Support customers with manual handling transfers, such as getting in and out of bed or using a hoist.
  • Offer invaluable companionship and social interaction to our customers.
