EAP Triage Assessor Opportunity

MCL Medics is currently recruiting for a Triage Counsellor Specialist to work in our head office in Southport. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established EAP provider and make a real difference in people's lives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assess clients by phone, book appointments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Level 4 Counselling qualification or higher.
  • Over 100 hours of counselling experience.
