As a key member of the Propel team, the UK and EMEA Sales Network Lead will be responsible for leading the growth of our channel partner network across the UK and EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales leader who wants to make a real impact and drive business success.

This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of driving success in indirect sales. If you have a passion for developing strong relationships and building high-performing teams, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a channel strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our partner ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive growth and innovation.
  • Lead and manage a team of channel sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Industry Experience: Proven experience working in the 'Industrial Tech' space: Construction, Real Estate, Utilities, Facility Management
  • Proven Commercial Success: A track record of driving sales within a SaaS or technology-driven environment, ideally in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Leadership Experience: Ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing market conditions.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
