Sales Network Growth Specialist

Job Description:
This role requires someone with a deep understanding of the industrial tech space and experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships, and providing ongoing training and support to our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Growth: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our channel partner network.
- Partner Onboarding: Work closely with our partners to ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide ongoing training and support.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of our partners, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on experience.

Requirements:
- Industry Experience: 3+ years in the industrial tech space.
- Proven Commercial Success: A track record of driving sales within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Channel Partner Experience: Experience in indirect sales, understanding how it works.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze data to inform business decisions.
