Tassell Consulting has an excellent reputation for providing cutting-edge tech training and learning solutions to banks, financial services businesses, and wider industries. With 15 years of experience building its brand, the company is now poised for significant growth due to the increasing demand for AI and emerging technologies.

The role involves 'upskilling' workforces through projects and programmes focused on critical technology skills such as coding languages, cyber security, cloud computing, software development, and design thinking. This can range from contracts worth £500K to deliver tech training for new joiners at Morgan Stanley to £100K projects helping major FS businesses embed GenAI into their development teams.

A key requirement is to build new business relationships with clients, working closely with our newly appointed Head of BD/Account Management who brings extensive networks across major banks and customer experience expertise. Recent business trips to Canada and the EU have already led to significant wins, indicating a promising future for this role.

We're looking for candidates with:

  • 5-10+ years of sales expertise, including account planning, strategy, and achievement of sales targets
  • Relationship-based/consultative sales experience, crafting sales delivery for diverse stakeholders (not hard selling)
  • Familiarity with selling to large banks and understanding their various divisions and products
  • Prior knowledge of technology disciplines mentioned in the brief and terminology around technology training
  • Motivation to drive company growth and potential leadership opportunities

This full-time role requires you to be in London 1-2 days per week.

Competitive salary: £75-95K base + 30-50% bonus (uncapped, reflecting industry standards)
