Key Responsibilities

  • Building connections: You will be the primary contact for customer accounts, cultivating long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Driving growth: You will meet and exceed revenue targets by responding to inbound inquiries, generating leads, and positioning our solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Managing details: You will maintain accurate records in our CRM, including account plans, transactions, and customer interactions.
  • Shaping experiences: You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Navigating challenges: You will address customer goals and company objectives through effective project management and creative problem-solving.
  • Staying informed: You will actively engage with market trends, competitor products, and industry developments, attending relevant events to deepen your knowledge.
  • Building your brand: You will establish a strong presence through social selling and knowledge sharing with colleagues and the wider tech community.

Requirements

  • Experience: Sales experience within events, digital media, or marketing services.
  • Relationship skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships at senior levels.
  • Analytical mindset: Comfort working with data to draw actionable insights.
  • Tech-savviness: Proficiency in tools like Salesforce.com and a strong understanding of the tech landscape.
  • Problem-solving skills: A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
