A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join our team at a care home in High Wycombe. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents with dementia, including Alzheimer's.

Key responsibilities include assessing patients' health and care needs, developing individualised care plans, administering medication, and monitoring service users' responses. You will also provide nursing care, including wound care and palliative care, and liaise with other healthcare professionals to coordinate personalised care.

The successful Nurse will receive a competitive salary of £53,768 per year, paid at a rate of £23.50 per hour. This is a permanent position available for both days and night shifts.
