Support Worker in Elderly Care

As a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will work as part of a dedicated care team to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, supporting and companionship for residents, and contributing to their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
• Support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Follow care plans to ensure each resident receives one-on-one attention
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver exceptional care
• Maintain accurate records and report any changes or concerns to the care team
