Compassionate Home Care Assistant

A Care Assistant plays a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with unique needs and requirements.
Responsibilities:- Preparing healthy meals for clients, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences
- Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as managing medication and assisting with mobility
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strong communicator, able to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will also need to be physically fit, with the ability to lift and move equipment as needed. In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.40 (Bank Holidays £24) plus travel time (£11), as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.
