Job Title: Bank Care AssistantRole Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team as a Bank Staff Member. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents by providing high-quality care and support. Your dedication and enthusiasm will make a significant difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, medication, and mobility assistance.
  • Providing companionship and engaging with residents to promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Following individualized care plans to ensure that each resident receives personalized attention and support.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of [£19,500 - £23,000] per annum (dependent on experience), competitive salary.
  • Experience of caring for older people, with a can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on people's lives.
