About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality person-centred care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.
Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
- Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
