Key Responsibilities:- Arrange viewings, surveys, and valuations with potential customers
- Maintain regular contact with vendors and potential purchasers
- Prospect and canvass competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Provide viewing feedback to vendors and ensure properties are matched to potential buyers' needs
- Check 'For Sale' boards status and maintain window displays
- Arrange and follow up viewings for potential buyers and accompany when required
- Fully qualify all potential vendors and purchasers using agreed documentation and procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all properties being marketed to maximise sales opportunities
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 FTE, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years property sales experience and excellent communication skills.
