**Job Title:** Supportive Learning Environment Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HLTA to join our team at Academics Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity to work in welcoming, supportive school environments and contribute to the growth and development of students in local Hull primary schools.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering lessons across all year groups, planning and preparing engaging lessons, and maintaining a well-organized and safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering lessons based on the Primary National Curriculum
  • Planning and preparing engaging lessons to meet diverse student needs
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe learning environment
Requirements:
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent teaching/teaching assistant qualification
  • Recent experience working within a primary school setting
  • Flexibility and adaptability with a commitment to supporting student development
