Aspire People, a leading education agency, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team of professionals working in vibrant primary schools in Richmond. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and make a positive impact on the lives of children with additional needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or young adults who have special educational needs (SEN) and be committed to creating supportive and nurturing learning environments. Although KS1 or KS2 experience is desirable, it is not essential. We welcome applications from individuals who are knowledgeable, reliable, and able to inspire children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teaching staff in delivering high-quality education to students with SEN
  • Create engaging and inclusive learning activities that cater to diverse needs
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a safe and conducive school environment

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
