About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Housing Assistant. As a key member of our community outreach team, you will play a vital role in delivering our services to vulnerable individuals and families in Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective community outreach strategies to engage with local residents and promote our services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local community groups, organizations, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and partnership working.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide support to individuals and families to help them access our services and achieve their goals.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our community outreach strategy, including identifying new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our community outreach services and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in a community outreach or social care setting, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by vulnerable individuals and families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
