**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Community Nature Adviser. As a key member of our Strategic Advocacy & Partnerships Team, you will play a vital role in delivering our strategic outcome of people taking action for nature.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide ecological input, advice, and expertise to support community engagement and nature recovery initiatives.
  • Work closely with our engagement team and wider partners to develop and implement effective community outreach strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, reports, and other documentation to support our nature recovery work.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address community needs and priorities related to nature recovery.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience of supporting local communities and a passion for nature and wildlife.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
