South Yorkshire Housing Association manages a diverse portfolio of over 5000 properties across various regions. The Energy Assessment Project Coordinator will be responsible for conducting Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) evaluations for our housing assets throughout the area, primarily engaging with the communities we support.
With a legacy of over 50 years in delivering high-quality housing and a wide array of services to the communities within the Sheffield City Region, we take pride in the impactful work carried out by our team members.
Our commitment is to ensure that our customers have access to quality homes that are not only warm and comfortable but also affordable to maintain. We are dedicated to enhancing our properties and increasing their energy efficiency.
We seek an individual who can assist in gathering, updating, and managing energy data across our portfolio, enabling us to systematically progress towards retrofitting our homes to achieve EPC C standards by 2030.
What We Offer:
- Salary Range: £27,517 - £29,748 per annum, pro rata + essential car user allowance

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Programme Lead - Sustainability, playing a crucial part in outlining the retrofit strategy for our housing stock.
Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting energy assessments within our customers' residences, requiring you to plan and manage your own appointments effectively.
