About the Role:
We are seeking two experienced Housing Workers to join our Livewell SAMs and Agency team. As a Housing Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with complex needs to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing clients' needs and developing personalized support plans
- Coordinating moves and property inspections to ensure a smooth and safe experience for our customers
- Handling complaints and addressing arrears in a fair and timely manner
- Liaising with support providers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Managing household budgets and providing financial guidance to our customers
