Housing Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housing Worker to join our Livewell SAMS and Agency team. As a Housing Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess clients' needs and develop personalized support plans
- Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with housing regulations
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with support providers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- A competitive salary of £22,389-£25,753 (pro rata)
