Housing Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housing Worker to join our Livewell SAMS and Agency team. As a Housing Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess clients' needs and develop personalized support plans
- Manage tenancies, including property inspections and handling complaints
- Liaise with support providers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage household budgets and address arrears
- Respond to queries from clients, colleagues, and external agencies
