About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and innovative Keyworkers to join our dedicated teams in our mental health supported housing services. As a Key Worker, you will be responsible for working with customers to achieve their aspirations, goals, and help them maximize their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote customer independence and well-being.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to customers, helping them to manage their mental health and sustain their housing.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to customer support.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor customer progress and adjust support plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a mental health or social care setting, preferably in a supported housing environment.
  • Knowledge of mental health recovery principles and trauma-informed approaches.
  • Ability to work with customers who may present with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
