About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to lead our team in coordinating and scheduling service appointments. The successful candidate will have previous experience managing a team and in service scheduling or a similar role, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this role is £35k - £40k per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary, a fun work environment, and opportunities for growth and development.

You will be based in Ashford, Kent, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. As a Service Scheduling Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-12 staff members, coordinating and scheduling service appointments, liaising with customers and gas engineers, and coordinating with various teams within the organisation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A keen eye for accuracy and problem-solving, along with proficiency in using scheduling software and tools, will be beneficial in this role.
