About the Job

Saga Cruise is seeking a highly skilled workforce management professional to lead a team delivering exceptional short-term planning, scheduling, and real-time execution.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in our Ashford office. The ideal candidate will have strong initiative, leadership skills, and excellent judgment.

Key Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in capacity planning with expertise in statistics, forecasting, and management information methods.
  • Demonstrable experience in building complex analysis models and plans using IT systems, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of business costs and their impact on failure.
  • Highly developed numeracy, statistical, and reporting skills to analyse and manage information, data, and trends.
