Sabre UK Job Opportunity

Sabre, a leading technology company in the global travel industry, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our UK office. As a key member of our regional agency sales and account management team, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the regional agency market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key opportunities and risks, and adapt our sales approach accordingly.
  • Negotiate and close profitable contracts with new and existing customers to maximize Sabre's revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective customer management and long-term commercial success.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and forecasts to support business growth.
  • Sell new solutions to existing and new customers to reach annual regional sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers at various levels, positioning Sabre as a leader in the territory.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer engagement, product management, delivery, and consulting teams to ensure alignment with our overall corporate strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales leadership and management experience in the business travel industry.
  • Extensive understanding of the market landscape, including key players, trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Professional presence, business acumen, and articulate communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and suggest creative solutions.
