About the Role:

  • As an Area Sales Manager - Commercial, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive business growth in the commercial roofing and building products market.
  • You will work closely with our inside sales support team and vendors to plan and execute promotions, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for being a business partner to our customers are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth in the commercial roofing and building products market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the inside sales support team to plan and execute promotions and develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a detailed annual sales plan.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Prior success selling roofing and/or building products in a B2B, commercial environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for being a business partner to our customers.
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation for local travel in your territory.
