Educated Appointments is pleased to partner with a prestigious college to find an exceptional Employability Trainer. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing students' employability skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead employability skills programme delivery for students across various sectors, including Adult Social Care, Digital Skills, and Science.
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to students, aiming to boost their ambition and potential.
  • Ensure compliance with the college's maths and English strategy by incorporating these subjects into teaching practices.
  • Foster collaboration with the Team Leader and Quality Assurance to drive excellence and improvement.

This opportunity suits someone with experience in delivering employability programmes to students aged 16+ and adults. Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary.
