Job Details

Creative Support is a leading provider of support services for individuals with complex needs. We are seeking an Operational Support Team Lead to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to our tenants in Chorley.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational leadership for the service throughout mobilization and ongoing delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective service plans that meet the individual's needs and goals.
  • Work closely with the tenant's family to ensure their needs are met and their quality of life is enhanced.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working with individuals with complex needs, preferably in a supported living setting.
  • Excellent assessment and support planning skills, with knowledge of communication pathways and positive behavior support strategies.
  • Able to manage and deploy staff effectively to meet the needs of service users.
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
