Learning Disability Support Lead

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our team in Chorley and Wigan. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Deputy Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of support workers to deliver outstanding services
- Maintaining high standards of care and support
- Contributing to the development of new initiatives and services
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
- Excellent management and communication skills
The salary for this role is £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
