
Digital Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Sales Account Manager to join our team at Trafalgar Scientific Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities. With your strong communication skills and ability to build relationships, you will drive revenue growth and ensure client success.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as microbiology, biological science, cellular biology, biomedical science or chemistry, and a strong understanding of our company values, products and services. A good network of established relationships within the life science industry is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build relationships with existing customers, conducting routine account reviews and identifying business growth opportunities
- Frequently meet with customers via video conference call, making appointments in advance
- Update and maintain CRM – Customer contacts, meeting details and opportunities
- Advise on product portfolio to stimulate new business, promote new products and provide solutions to customers' requirements
Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
