Role Overview

As a key member of the Andesite Partners team, we are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join our rapidly expanding business. Our client is a pioneering Charge Point Operator (CPO) in the UK, focused on delivering state-of-the-art EV charging solutions.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth across the UK market.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, managing sales managers and fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and goal-setting.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine market positioning, product offerings, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and large-scale B2B clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Oversee the implementation of effective sales processes and performance tracking to ensure high efficiency and clear reporting.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the EV charging, renewable energy, or infrastructure sector.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the UK EV charging market and a solid network within the industry.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
