Pediatric Nurse Specialist

At Nurse Seekers, we are seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about working with young people to make a positive impact on the lives of students.
**Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Specialist to provide high-quality nursing care to children in our school setting. The successful candidate will have experience in planning and delivering nursing care, administering medications, and collaborating with educational staff and parents/carers.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for students with health conditions
- Conduct health assessments and administer prescribed medications as needed
- Liaise with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Teach Health Education to students, including PSHE programming
**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need a current RGN/RSCN registration, NMC PIN, and a passion for working with young people. Previous school nurse experience is beneficial but not essential.
**What We Offer:** Competitive rates of pay (£35,000 - £45,000 per annum), Monday to Friday term-time only schedule, flexible shifts with no early starts before 8:30 am, excellent work-life balance, and a supportive community environment.
