At Phoenix Home Care & Hospice, we prioritize your happiness as a valued nurse to ensure quality care for our clients. As an LPN Nurse Nights, you will work with various ages of children, including those with g-tube, trach, and ventilator technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and revising the plan of care.
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with physician's plan of treatment and individual plan of care.
  • Monitor and record patient's condition and document provided care services via electronic charting.

Compensation:

We estimate a salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year based on national averages and industry standards for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on location and experience.
